Having Family in the armed forces makes this Charity very special to me and would love to raise some money for them, so over the next few months I will be selling cards to do this. I am also asking all you crafty people out there to help to and donate your cards to be sold with all the proceeds going to H4H.

I have used a tilda skiing girl and then used blue and white themed items such as prima flowers, organza ribbon, confetti snowflakes and some spotty FF paper and finished it off with 'Let it Snow'
I hope the DT at Sketch Saturday like it.

Penny Black Saturday Challange Entry

I'm on a roll today with the sun shining the kids are happy as they can play in the garden and Sophie is sound asleep again so I have made the most of the quiet and had a go at a card for the Penny Black Saturday Challange, I've been meaning to have a go for ages so here goes.
I decided to use an old Penny Black Stamp ( I have been collecting some of the older ones as a hobby, a bit sad maybe but never mind). It's a Rose Arbour which I have coloured using blending & distress inks and then used Prima's and buttons as centres and corner decoration. Finished with a beautiful best wishes sentiment.
I'm getting addicted to this Challange thing. If you fancy having a go at the challange follow this link and try it.
Good Luck

Sugar Bowl Weekly Challange Entry

I have been inspired by all the Blog challanges that are going on in the world and have been having ago myself.

Challange 11 - Kathy's Sketch

After recieving the brilliant Sugar Nellie Rubber Stamps this week I couldn't wait to get started and this challange is the first I have done using a sketch. I hope you guys at the Sugar Bowl Blog like it ??? I've used the pearls as asked and followed the sketch as best as I can only struggled on the fancy shape on the left which I didn't have so I made my own variation and then used a sentiment to finish.
